but in the memory viewer

it is

push r10d
mov r10d,[rbp-48]
cmp r10d,000023F1
pop r10d

r10d is a DWORD, which is a 4bytes register

if you want to compare the full register, you need to specify "r10" register
Code:
push r10
mov r10,[rbp-48]
cmp r10,00001F91000023F1
pop r10


or:
Code:

push r10
mov r10,00001F91000023F1
cmp r10,[rbp-48]
pop r10


or:
Code:
push rax
push r10
mov rax,00001F91000023F1
mov r10,[rbp-48]
cmp r10,rax
pop r10
pop rax
