How do I cheat?

Hi everyone i find a value and i have the pointer fot it put on
I restart the game the value change put the address not it is geving me the new value put the problem is I can't set hotkeys because the value change

Then it's not a static pointer. Look up copy injection and pointer script to help you on your way.

It is the right pointer because every time I restart the game the pointer immediately right the value in it when I freeze it it's work but the value number is changed but it's still change the number
No I don't think you are understanding me the cheat I found it's moveset address for all attacks each attack I do it will type a value so if I want to do some attack I will copy that value and sit hotkey so I can use that attack anytime I want and I have found the pointer for that address and it's always pointing to the right address the values are fine they're all work but the thing is the value inside the address it's change the numbers every time I start the game there looks different but they all work

The correct pointer will point to the correct value. You have the wrong pointer in that case.
