about the Trainer and everything that is present on it
Left-Height-Top-Width. and so on?

You can use the '.' accessor with the syntax:
Code:

object.property


Where object is the name of the object, in this case the form of the trainer and the property that you want to access, as in left/height/top/width. For example:

local height = trainer_form.height
