How do I cheat?

Hey there, I was trying to use Cheat Engine to unlock items that are no longer available in Rainbow 6 Siege (namely items from the old Battle passes) but whenever I try and follow this tutorial, I get this error. I'm completely new to Cheat Engine and don't know what this means or how to fix it. Any advice? Thanks in advance

Did you install cheat engine properly?

You may be missing the vehdebug dlls

I believe I did? I uninstalled it and reinstalled it today when I started having this issue to see if I just had an old version, I hit "refuse" for the two optional things but I don't know how else I could have messed it up
