How do I cheat?

I downloaded a table and after trying to enable it, this error-message popped up.
Can anybody help?

try running the 64-bit cheat engine (You may have to redownload and reinstall CE if you don't have it)

and if you compiled CE yourself, compile the 64-bit CE, and also, compile the monodatacollector
