Cheat Engine

Sometimes when I try to find the pointer and the F5 doesn’t work, I found that there are many address that I can use as a reference. And it might take such a long time to find the correct one. So, what I do is pick one of them and use it till they cannot be used. And if that happens I just change the references address. However when that happened sometime I wanted to put the address that I save in the table to be put on search again and use it as a filter to get the wrong one out. So, what should I do?
