I'm pretty confused. Why does "writable" or "Executable" have not only two kinds of states, but three? What is the difference between the left checked state and the right checked state? (the left checkboxs are grayed out, but not disabled)?

Checked means: The memory MUST be writable
Unchecked means: The memory MUST NOT be writable
Grey means: Don't care if it's writable or not

same for executable.

If all is gray, everything is scanned
