Ihave read many articles and watched alot of youtube videos but i cant seem to fix it. Ive gone into registry, command prompt, unistalled and reinstalled c++ turned off firewalls prayed tospaghetti monsterand still the blasted error. please for the love of all things good help me

besides firewalls, also disabled av's and other runtime protections?
