How do I cheat?

I downloaded CE a week ago, and since I'm trying to use it, everytime I start CE, it shows the error message "Failed starting Process Watcher" instantly, I dont know what to do, can anyone please give me some help here ?

Double-check that you don't have a Lua extension trying to automatically attach. Also, in the settings of Cheat Engine under Extra, there is a checkbox that enables/disables the use of the process watcher. Ensure that is unchecked.
