Is a method to get the value from walk/attack/etc. speed, that you do scans with "Unknown inital value" with the "Speedhack Feature"?

So, you scan, then you reduce the client speed, do anything with speed in the game, scan again etc. Is this possible to get the value from anything speed in the game?

this is not it works
Speedhack just speeds up the game, not walk/attack speed
