How do I cheat?

Is it possible to make a LUA script that would teleport my player to a coordinate that changes? I have the address for both, the X,Y since the Z is irrelevant in the game. I would like to be able to teleport from wherever I am to the address, its changing constantly so saving a position and teleporting back to it wouldn't be the answer
