im relatively new to the whole cheat engine thing(i used it alot in flash games from 2014-onward) ive just been aquainted to the whole pointers and editing opcodes by injection. however, when playing the PC port of RE4 the ammo address is a binary address, and when i go to find pointers i only have about 200 results but theyre all in byte+(2,4,eight) and you cant even set the option to binary in the pointer scan options. is there absolutely anything i can do to point to that binary in code everytime i load up the game instead of having to find it over and over? (there is an address associated with the binary, but its not static) any information on this topic would be greatly appreciated... thank you
All that matters is that it points to the correct address- the value type isn't important at all. Just pretend it's a 1-byte value or something and manually adjust the type afterwards. _________________
