Keep in mind, when looking at string references, you are going to see a lot of standard library strings for various function calls that can populate a string with those parts. For things like those, that is usually related to time formatting functions where the library will take a token in a format string and replace it with a word, such as the day of the week.
Those specific strings are probably not useful in regards to cheating, unless you are specifically trying to alter how a time format is made. Other string references can be useful though. You can have IDA generate a full list of strings it finds itself via View -> Open Subviews -> Strings and look for other strings that may be of interest.
Another tip, when you have the Strings window open, right-click anywhere inside of it and choose 'Setup', in there you can add other types of strings to show so it's able to display more than one type at a time.
