I've noticed there's a constant consumption of the CPU in the newer version.
It consumes 10% of CPU constantly. Is this normal?[/img]

are you debugging or actively scanning memory or looking at disassembler code with mono functions enabled?
if not, then no. And likely something is interfering with CE. (av, anti cheat, shell extension dll )

No. It starts with 10% consumption right after I enter cheat engine (No task being executed by CE).

Try running the cheatengine-x86_64.exe manually
also restart windows
