Hi
I'm new here...
You will have to forgive me for not speaking English, I use Google translation, so if something is not written correctly, tell me and I will try to correct ..
I'm trying to hack an HTML5 JAVASCRIPT game, I was of course able to find the values of things in the game, and now I'm trying to deal with their pointer. The problem is this-
The correct address is (for example) - 5A950A746790
The first pointer is 00005A950A746789 +07
Now, I do a search for 00005A950A746789, and what I find is a 4-byte type 0A746789, that is, a variable that contains only the last 8 characters of the address .. So I decided to look for the sequel separately- 00005A95
Indeed, I found two 8-byte static addresses whose value is 00005A9500000000
Next, I entered Pointer with the static address, and with the OFFSET of the first Pointer +7 ([5A9508B3EEDC] +7)
It worked, but it's really not enough, because I can not put a dynamic address in OFFSET and expect it to work in the next session of the game ... and also, there are some more pointers to go through ...
So what I need to do is enter the static address in OFFSET, something that looks like this - "[chrome.dll + A221A80] +7" or "[7FF9FB381A80] +7". I checked it, 7FF9FB381A80 is the static address that does not change after restart ..
But for some reason, in both the first option and the second option, the Cheat Engine counts the [7FF9FB381A80] as 0 ... and this is even though when I enter another address, for example the [5 A9508B3EEDC] which is the first pointer I found, the OFFSET counts it exactly as its value (0A746789)
In short, I would be happy to help understand not to put the static address in OFFSET and that it will get the correct value ...
Thanks in advance
