I have this pointer in lua:

However, I want to find out what address this is pointing to, using C++
Is this possible?

Sure it is. Query the base address of the Minecraft.Windows.exe image, then iterate though the pointers using the offset. When you reach the last one, you'll have your offset. Keep in mind the address is valid only as long as no pointer has changed in that chain.
