whats the reason speedhack in increasing speed doesnt work in some games
is there anyway to increase speed hack in games that if you increase the speed but your player doesnt move quick,any tactic to incease speed in a game that doesnt automatically incease speed when you increase the speedhack

usually fps-limit options in the game, like vsync, gsync, somethingsync, etc...

player's movement speed is not affected by FPS nor CE's speedhack, because it is measured by distance over time; in other words Δt where t is difference in time passed to the update function based on how long it took to complete 1 iteration of game's main loop (and math is done based on that), thus results in frame independent movement. (a.k.a simulate/step function)
note that there are few different ways that game developers design their game loop and/or update function
speedhack is basically trial and error, because it depends on how a game is implemented.
one implementation is vulnerable to CE's speedhack module, while another is rock-solid.
also there are two speedhack implementations in CE, you may want to test your luck with older CE versions where the older implementation is used.
