There are "Find out what accesses this address" and "Find out what writes to this address" but there is no "Find out what reads from this address"!

Why?

That's what accesses does it accesses the address to read its value.

That's how the CPU works

memory can be inaccessible and accessible and when accessible it can be readonly or writable

to find writes, you set it to read only. and every signal received then is a write

the other option is to set it to inaccessible, which will show both reads and writes, as a write also has to access the inaccessible memory
