I have to start by saying you should learn the basics of game hacking via the Cheat Engine tutorial. It's available in the Help section of the menu on the main window.

Step - 1) Search your health value via Cheat Engine.

Step - 2) See what codes they write on that address and look for the one that decreases health when you take damage.

Step - 3) Create a script that if an enemy takes damage, sets the damage to a very high value like 0xFFFFFFFF, if you are the one to take damage, do whatever you want to do.

As LeFiXER has already told you if you have done the Cheat Engine tutorial you will find it very easy.

You don't need the damage address, you need the code that subtract the damage from health, and then you modify that instruction, before doing so I recommend that you complete the Cheat Engine tutorial
