theres a game im playing in the game i try to take damage but in a few hits i easily ddie in the game(im trying to hack health)anybody got any tactic to hack health in this situation

What have you tried so far? finding the health value and freezing it, finding the damage instruction and overwriting with NOP (0x90) are just a couple of ways to tackle this.

the problem is im dieing to quick in the game to find the health value,i take damage i decrease scan(theres no health boost in the game)is there any tactic to find health quick when takeing damage in a game where you easily die.

There's no health value on gui?
If no, search 100 while starting the game
Health value can be 4 Bytes either float

try problem is i cant get to the health value because in the game when the enemy shoots at my the damage by one bullet decreases my health alot
also the 100 number doesnt exist in every game or this game im playing
anybody know any tactic that would let you get find health quickly
when your found address is at 300,000 and your near your death in the game(also no health regeneration or health boost in the game)

Try using fall damage, or fire. You can also add unchanged scans into the mix. But yeah these kind of game you just have to start making educated guesses and hope for a little luck. But I would also just test health, so don't worry about scanning just yet and try and see if health will increase with enough time.
