Cheat Engine

Hello! I have the program that I downloaded that lets me change and mess with the camera. It's called IGCS-GITC (Ghost in the Camera)

I am having a strange problem tho, the camera crashes when injecting the dll into the game, tho, I can see the camera menu pop-up briefly. It doesn't crash while in a menu, but it does and only crashes when working with a camera.

I am beginning to think it's doing this because either:

1. My pc is infected and the injection is failing at execution level or something

2. My pc configuration is shot, as in, the way the computer was built is not compatible with this piece of software/code injection.

3. The camera hack is corrupting upon execution/download.

Which is the 3 is most likely? I already checked my pc for viruses, nothing reported.

EDIT: The creator of the program says that he downloaded it and tried it with the game, latest version, which I also use, and it works for him. He closed the git issue after stating that he can't find a problem, it must be my setup.

which version? steam or windows store? Windows store tends to be more tricky

besides that it could be:
graphics driver
anti virus
cpu (too old to use some new cpu instructions)

It's the steam store, but the game is called "Ni No Kuni 2", and IGCS GITC v1.00 I don't think there's a windows store version, as far I can tell.

The guy told me it's steam 4.00, and it's not the cracked version. I tried asking on Superuser, but they closed my question stating it needed clarification. Stupid logic, I told them everything they needed to know. anyway, it's not cheat engine, I'm trying to figure out a 3rd party piece of camera hack software

I even went as far as to reinstall my pc from the beginning, with no luck. I'm wondering if my pc is not configured to support this software for some reason... it is doing the exact same thing as it did before.

It's driving me crazy, and I can seem to find no one who wants to test this software for me.

You're probably missing functions/environment variables he coded with aka don't have the same redistributables/libraries.

Yeah, it works for him, he made it. Does it work for other people?

Ask what framework/version he's using. That's what they meant by not enough info.

Your issue is with the creator. He's the only one that can really help you.

EDIT: If it works for everyone else and not you: Make sure you're running it with administrator privileges. AKA right click, properties, compatibility, run as administrator.
