For some strange reason CE is generating the trainer in a larger interface then it's actual design. I've tried to reinstall CE but same thing happens.

This is probably due to you having your DPI setting higher than 100% on Windows itself.

in 7.2 and earlier trainers are made with dpi aware disabled. So if you make a trainer turn of dpiaware in settings first

in 7.3 dpiaware is enabled so there you have to use anchors and what not to make sure it's dpi aware

there's also a setting in ce to turn of dpi awareness
