Windows 10 forces vSync on any application that is running in windowed mode. Is there a way to bypass it and be able to speedhack?

If you have an nvidia you can go to the nvida control panel->manage 3d settings->global settings->vertical sync. And set it to off

That doesn't work, since it's Windows that is forcing the vSync, not the game. I can speedhack on full screen, but certain games don't have fullscreen.

Unless you hack/manually disable DWM it will remain on. A 'workaround is to do what Dark Byte said with the Nvidia Control Panel and force it off there, then turn on Vsync in the games settings. This should trigger Nvidia to override it and can bypass the problem.

You can also bypass/disable DWM's vsync by using a 2nd monitor.
