I want that when an address has a certain value, another address with another value must automatically change with a value set by me.

I'm not an expert, so I don't know what's the *best* way to do this. However, you should be able to accomplish that finding what writes to the first address, and then injecting some code there to test it's value for whatever condition you've got, and then if it meets that condition then change the value of the second address.

If you go to Rydian's thread titled: "Guides: Pointer Scanner + Injection Copies + AOB To Data" (I can't link to it unfortunately, because I don't have enough posts yet), and read the section of the guide titled "Injection Copies", then what you would want is a slightly modified version of that.
