How do I cheat?

I can build the source code for CE 7.2 using Lazarus. I am however unfamiliar with Lazarus (and Pascal in general) and so I don't really know what I'm doing. I'm looking to change the Title and Assembly Name of all executables created by building MainUnit.pas. Does anyone know how I might do this, or even where to begin looking? Am I asking the right question?
