how much RAM do you have?
Is your pagefile set to allow to grow? And is there enough diskspace on the disk with the pagetable?

EDIT : I think it has to do with the fact that i'm using "Scan for addresses with value" with float. Ex : 175 ( no dot )

I have 16GB Ram and i modified my pagefile to this but still crash, (less often than before) :
