how do you guys create a balance between social networks?

I have the perfect balance:
When I have something to tell people that I know care about me, I call or visit them.
Everybody else is irrelevant, so zero need to post anything on these social crap sites.

These social sites are a trap to isolate and alienate people while mining data about them and selling it to all bidders (not just the highest bidder).

Stop going there and you might just have a shot at life!
