Because there is no random spam that's fun anymore.

couldn't say it better.

besides this, most people have responsibilities in life that won't permit them time to browse rs anymore. some are married, some are with childrens or on their way, it's not like we were single or students like in the past. most cef users are hi tech people that dark byte trained them (of course others here) with viable knowledge to life... in any aspect, not just programming but in a way that opened peoples eyes to see the world through the eyes of an engineer.
