How do I cheat?

So I decided to grab the latest version of cheat engine after not updating for an obscenely long time and I don't know what's up with the latest installer but it straight up forced this "Winzip Driver Updater" shit on me with absolutely zero option to turn it down, refuse or not install and my entire computer promptly flipped its lid about viruses in a way it's never done about cheat engine before.
So I don't know what's going on guys, but this seems extra shady from a program I'd otherwise trusted for years.

Why did you install that Driver Updater then?
There was an option not to.

| There literally was no option not to, I checked multiple times, even going so far as to back all the way out of the installer and try again, and to no avail: so I clicked "next" hoping maybe it would be on the next page as a final opt out but it instead installed it. There were no check boxes, no agree or disagree options, no links, nothing. Literally nothing.

which CE version and where did you get it? Because only 6.x and older might do that as they do not support the new install data, but neither this website nor github provide any links to those versions
If you got it from here there would be a screen with a "decline/accept" button. Not a "back/next"
You should have clicked decline on it instead of accept

| 7.0 from the main site, there was no decline or accept anywhere in the entire installer.

I can not reproduce this.
Next time this happens try taking a screenshot of the offer screen and post it here
also, are you sure you got it from this site and not someones duplicated site ?
e.g you say your version was 7.0 but that version isn't the one you dowload from this site
