Hello!

Is there a way to do this with either Lua or ASM?
What I mean is to somehow directly reference the entry that the script is contained in, regardless of index, ID or description.

If it's an AA script, yes. {$lua} blocks automatically have a local "memrec" variable defined that refers to the memory record holding the AA script.

Code:
{$lua}
if syntaxcheck then return end
[ENABLE]
print(memrec.Description, "enabled")
[DISABLE]
print(memrec.Description, "disabled")
