Greating fellow users!

I have use cheat engine on a games that i am playing all thing was working fine until i save before closing CE, now every time i want to use cheat engine on that game nothing work no more and the game all fu.k up! i have try uninstaling the browser, uninstalling CE, restarting the game from the biginning, nothing work, what can i do to make it work again, is the a hidden files with save stuff or something i have to delete to restart fresh?

Sorry for my english it is not my first language but i'm trying.
