How do I cheat?

I'm very new to this and I would like to call a function from within the game, that sets the player kill cooldown. How would I proceed to do this?

I already enabled Mono functionality and dissected Mono.


EDIT: Found out Execute/Invoke but I have no idea what's an Instance Address.
