I am trying to instal CE 6.8.3 from this link:

https://github.com/cheat-engine/cheat-engine/releases/download/6.8.3/CheatEngine683.exe

I cant get pass the installation as I cant decline the additional software it is trying to install?

any hints?

Try adjusting your Windows DPI settings, might be rendering things off-screen.

disable internet for the 6.8 branch as it's way too outdated to support the accept/decline buttons
