I have a few questions related Ultimaps (1 & 2)
First: what is the significance of Event Buffer Size/Buffer per CPU. How does it effect the capturing of routines.
Second: why do using Ultimaps on some games do not crash system while on others, they do it instantly. I mean I used it on Cheat Engine Tutorial, it was fine and even on some games, it worked fine. But on games like GTA it crashed my system.By the way I was using Ultimap 2
Third: is there any way to do the reverse of Filter Out routines that were not CALLed/ Filte out everything except CALL

1: Buffersize is the memory tonstore the eventdata in
The bigger it is the less often CE has to suspend the game to makenl sure no data is lost while saving to disk/parsing
Of course, bigger means saving/parsing will take longer so it's a choice between very low fps, and long freezes while playing
Though a high buffer with pre-emptive parsing is the best of both worlds as it will parse the buffer before it's full (assuming it can keep up)
2: settings, luck and sometimes the order you do things.
settings:Using region limits will speed up ultimap2, but windows does not want competitors to use that feature so they bsod you with an illegal profiler bsod. But if DBVM is loaded it can hide that from windows
luck: if you do use dbvm it sometimes gets detected or doesn'tvfully handle your hardware
(did you use ultimap2 in ce 7.1, it's a lot more stable)
Other times it's the buffer getting too full and windows updated screwing up the interrupt handler (tutorial won't triggerbthe interript as it's slow but a big game may)
3: no, just don't use that and afterwards delete all the call ones manually

I did use Ultimap 2 on CE 7.1 and it is better than previous versions. and when using it region limit is also of great help (reduce a lot of junk capture) but do you think Ultimap 2 crashing have something to do with the state of game screen i.e. fullscreen or windowed, because on many games (running windowed) it worked perfect but on other (mostly fullscreened) games it crashed system instantly. IDK i just tested it on two fullscreen games. Although Ultimap 1 worked fine even on those games!
So smaller buffer size will only effect the speed of processing information, still it will capture all the routeins, right? Nothing to worry about manging it.

it shouldn't matter, but as I said, if the interrupt handler is bugged due to a new protection scheme in windows, a small buffersize could trigger that and BSOD you.
But if it works as it should, then when the buffer is full the process will get suspended until all data has been saved
