How do I cheat?

I have installed Cheat Engine, and it will not work. I uninstalled Badlion Client by Windows Remove or Uninstall Programs. I tried using windows /r as suggested, still not working. Before I installed Cheat Engine, I already had all my anti-viruses, firewall etc disabled, I even double-checked. What can I do?

do a
Code:

driverquery /v > bla.txt

and check bla.txt. confirm badlion is gone from that list

execute this in a command prompt running as admin
Code:

sc delete BadlionAntic
sc delete BadlionAnticheat


and do a start-shutdown-restart windows (not shutdown) and check again
