How do I cheat?

I have searched a bit, but haven't found anything that can help me, but currently I'm trying to find a pointer for an "x" address (Current character). X address, every time you go back to the main menu, changes. The change in addresses doesn't seem to have a pattern, for example, I logged in, started a game, and gotten "x" address, 074E4AC8. Then I proceed to go to the main menu and do everything again, 074A3FA8 is the new address. Doing it again gave me 074A4608.
I can't do a pointer scan on it (from what I know) since it keeps changing without the game closing. I'm pretty new to scripting and other "advanced" things (pretty much everything except searching for values the old-fashioned way), so if anyone has any ideas on how I can get a pointer, or something similar, for that address, I'd be very grateful.

if your game is (don't starve) or like this you can't find pointer address
I have tried all the ways before
but if it is not like this game
Do not scan the first address
Item hacking in stardew valley also has no pattern
So I got an address pointer manually
and I scanned the address with pointerscan and got the static address of this address
This way I was able to get a static pointer address
