How do I cheat?

So i have tried multiple ways to either edit the number of players or the age in these two rules but i cannot find them (6 or 22 brings back a lot of results).

I have recreated these rules in another save as 77 and i was easily able to find the value and change it so i know it is possible.

I tried to do the pointer scan but i am far too inexperienced to get it to work.

Is there anything else you can suggest i can try to get this done?
