How do I cheat?

So far i tried to reinstall CE 3 times and i got the same result, my antivirus is disabled, i dont have badlion installed , i tried using the windows repair tool , same result, i rebooted my system, same result, any help please?
Doesnt show up in task manager either

open a command prompt and execute

driverquery /v > bla.txt
|
and then post bla.txt to pastebin and post the link here (can be cut up)
bla.txt will be in the directory you issue that command

You have been infected by the badlion malware
try reinstalling it and then uninsta it properly using their uninstaller
And do not forget to restart windows afterward (not shut down and back on, actual restart)
If that doesn't work, execute
