Cheat Engine

I have a file that when you open it gives an error and when you run as admin
it opens normally as it should.
Is there a way to open the file by a button on click??
I mean run as admin.
Note :
I don't have any file like this I'm just trying to figure out some stuff you can do in Lua or CE
