Cheat Engine

Hello! So a few months ago I was using Cheat Engine perfectly fine. I stopped using it until today, when I realized that it wouldn't turn on. I figured it had something to do with the version, so I uninstalled it, then reinstalled the latest version, 7.1. I tried running all the different bit versions, none of them working. When I open the exe, it just won't turn on. The only thing that worked from the download was the tutorial. I am using McAfee for my antivirus, which I've been using for years, which wouldn't make sense for it to suddenly stop working over the course of a few months. Even so, I tried turning off all the firewalls and safety precautions packaged with McAfee, but it still wouldn't work. I am on Windows 10 64 Bit. Thanks in advance! (By the way, I am on an administrator account and have permission to open the file. Running it as an administrator didn't work either)

Uninstall badlion using their uninstaller and restart windows, not shutdown and back on, actual restart
