How do I cheat?

It's been about a month since I last used CE. When I tried to launch it, the program no longer opens. I then upgraded to 7.1 and same exact issue. I have my AV disables to test it. Any ideas?

It works on my laptop, so i have no clue whats causing it. I guess i could wipe all traces of the program and just reinstall it. :shrug: I'll report back with news in a few hours.
