80% of the games,Hero Health and enemy are using the same op code for Health.I can write an Inf health and one hit kill in one script...
but.....

I can not Separate them,since they're using the same aob,I can not have them Separated and both activated.but I see lots of trainer,they can choose to turn on either Inf_health or OHK.How to achieve that?

Take a look at Step 9 of the Cheat Engine Tutorial.

In generel, you'll have to find some difference between the player and the enemies. So either use "dissect data" to analyze the memory regions or, at the "find what addresses this code accesses" window, mark your hero as Group1 and invoke "scan commonalities".
