Cheat Engine

Now, im not saying Cheat Engine is a virus or something like that, i just have no idea what happened and if this has ever happened to someone else.

Ever since this happened, Cheat Engine is more laggy and takes up a ton of CPU. Basically, the buttons inside Cheat Engine (program) like the "Attach to process" button, started kinda jittering / moving (I didn't do anything to it), and the buttons were just moving around. I tried to bring up task manager, it stayed down and i couldnt bring it up,only discord worked. I tried to save my progress (i was making a trainer) and the 'save' button did nothing. I tabbed to Discord, but the menu was still there (the one with the 'save' and 'save as' 'generate generic trainer from table lua script' etc) overlapped Discord and couldn't close. My taskbar was also wild, buttons everywhere where they shouldn't be, and so on. I closed CE, opened task manager (again) and it finally popped up. Now my taskbar fixed. Is this some sort of CPU / RAM problem? My cpu is really bad so this might be a cause.

CPU: AMD A8-4500M APU with Radeon HD Graphics
RAM: DDR3 8GB RAM
Laptop: HP Pavilion 17 Notebook PC
