CPU : RYZEN 3600
RAM : Samsung DDR4 32GB
VGA : GTX1660ti

I wonder if dbvm runs on Ryzen.

No, you can`t use DBVM, actually Cheat Engine does not support it on AMD CPUs.

Cant agree . I have 2700x and DBVM loads perfectlly

The fact that it works with your processor does not mean that it works on all AMD processors, I have a 3700X and I just tried to activate the DBVM (on Cheat Engine 7.0), the result is that it crashes my operating system (Leaving the DBVM mode deactivated).

If you go to the official website to download CE and go to the section "About DBVM" link: https://www.cheatengine.org/aboutdbvm.php,
you can read the following notation:

Please note, the current implementation of DBVM requires your cpu to support the intel-vt instruction set. For a AMD version please donate enough money so I can buy a AMD system to test the AMD specific code on.
