I am trying to Enable the SpeedHack option in Cheat Engine in a video game to slow down the game. It gives me an error: "Failure enabling speedhack. (DLL injection failed: Failed to allocate memory. Forced load module failed:Allocation error.

How can I fix this? I enabled the speedhack in another game and it worked fine, no errors.

to be specific. it is on apex legends, pc

Apex Legends is online so speedhack is gonna be useless anyway. Unless you want to get banned I recommend not attempting to use Cheat Engine with MP games.

There is NO way for slow down a server-based online game. In best case, you would create local lags, but can never control the server-side speed, especially not for other players.

As a simple example, the server says "I decrease value 'time left' every second by one, no matter what any client says how many second are passed for him".
