Unable to open a file

Hey so uh I made a trainer and when i try to turn it to an .exe file it pops up an error message saying "Unable to open file C:\Program files (x86)... etc"
and the file its trying to open is a modified cheat engine 6.7 Crying or Very sad can anyone help me before another update comes out?
