Stop asking on the Cheat Engine Lua Scripting forum. This is an in-game feature not a lua script. You need to find the string about it. You can ask Lynxz cuz he learned me abt this

That's hooking onto the games Lua engine and just running it's own scripts from a modded console. Just looks to be a modification of the game itself and not directly related to Cheat Engine.

There are multiple ways to hook onto Lua which you can search for, generally you are going to need to hook a few specific functions or get the pointers to the Lua functions used by the game.

As for the console they have to execute stuff, that can be done various ways as well. It could be directly rendered into the game hooking the games rendering engine. It could be overlayed, or it could just be a separate process altogether that uses any form of IPC to talk back to the injected hook and execute Lua code etc.
