Cheat Engine

So I was wondering how to make a trainer for Cheat Engine, specifically for Minecraft Classic c0.30_01c.

I am trying to make one where you can give yourself all of the normally unobtainable blocks, such as Flowing and Stationary lava and water, grass, bedrock, and the Survival Test fist.

I don't know how though and I tried once but it doesn't work anymore if you exit the game or create a new world. So, any help?
