If I want to write to a particular area in a processes memory, is it possible to calculate where the memory offset would be from it's base address?

I understand that due to ASLR, the memory space will change, and so will it's base address. But seeing as I can pull that any time I want, can I use that to calculate where I need to write my value?

E.g notepad.exe base address is 7FF6EF360000. The memory address I want to modify (the main text box) is at 0x242094FBF60. If I restart notepad, those values will obviously change.
