How do I cheat?

so, I've used Cheat Engine before but it won't launch now somehow, I've tried the following:
-Reboot and disable anti virus
-Tried uninstalling C+++ Runtime (probably uninstalled the wrong thing)
-Reinstalled 7 times
Please help me if you know what caused this issue, thanks!

Uninstall badlion and restart (not shutdown and back on, actual restart)

If you mean CE reinstall, then no.
If you can't get rid of badlion, yes, it is likely.
I would look for cleanup tools though - specifically from the vendor that installed it in the first place.

There you go brother. I made an account just to help!
1) Open a cmd sindows with administrative rights
2) Type or copy-paste this: sc config "BadlionAnticheat" start= disabled
3) Press enter
4) Restart your computer
