				| so, I've used Cheat Engine before but it won't launch now somehow, I've tried the following: -Reboot and disable anti virus
 -Tried uninstalling C+++ Runtime (probably uninstalled the wrong thing)
 -Reinstalled 7 times
 Please help me if you know what caused this issue, thanks!

				| If you mean CE reinstall, then no. If you can't get rid of badlion, yes, it is likely.
 I would look for cleanup tools though - specifically from the vendor that installed it in the first place.

 1) Open a cmd sindows with administrative rights
 2) Type or copy-paste this: sc config "BadlionAnticheat" start= disabled
 3) Press enter
 4) Restart your computer
